Expulsion Policy

Policy:

At Behaviorpise College, every effort will be made to ensure that students successfully complete their academic programs.

Behaviorprise College is committed to ensure that students are treated equitably and fairly in every situation. However, students who violate the college’s policy and who do not conduct themselves in a manner that represents the college both academically and ethically will be referred to the campus Administrator who will determine what disciplinary actions to adopt. Disciplinary actions include written and verbal warning, suspension and expulsion form the College.

All students upon orientation will be made aware of the Code of Conduct, Academic and Attendance instruction for each course. The acts that may be referred for disciplinary action includes but are not limited to examination malpractice, fighting on campus, sexual violence, tardiness with school work and attendance, etc.

Upon violation of this policy, an investigation will be conducted to determine what happened and the following steps may be taken thereafter.

  1. Verbal warning
  2. Written warning
  3. Suspension
  4. Expulsion

All notification of expulsion will be given in writing either hand delivered or by registered mail.
